Came here with my partner, The person who served us was very nice, I normally love variety with my food and wanted to add noodles to the Rose Tteokbokki we had and they were so nice to add it for a little extra price which is completely ok, absolutely loved it, the way they serve the food makes it look amazing the bowls they use and everything are very cute, the atmosphere is so calming while u wait u can play games we played dominos and it passed time well even tho waiting time wasnt long at all, they have really nice music playing while you eat and more. They also gave us information on what to expect from what we were adding and stuff to ensure we were getting what we asked for so great customer service over all! Im excited to go back and try more! Great little restaurant inside the shopping centre. First time visiting and it was a great experience overall. Staff are friendly, polite and respectful and the food is amazing! (the americano too!). Think I’ve found my favourite Saturday lunch spot in Bournemouth. P.s. I want to add that the staff are very patient too, as today during my visit they had to deal with a group of customers who are vegan and were very loud and demanding when making their orders, telling the staff that their menu isn’t good enough for vegans and that some of the vegetarian options should be relabelled.

First time here and enjoyed it a lot! Very friendly staff, relaxed and cosy atmosphere (surprising for the sovereign centre). All the tableware has a distinct vibe as well (I enjoyed the gold metal plates for example) I had a delicious & sweet dabang coffee and incredible vegetable dumplings - I'm looking forward to trying other items on the menu next time. Edit: I've been back so many times now and every time the food, coffee, and atmosphere are spot on. Cannot recommend enough!

This is the perfect place for a light lunch or an excellent cup of coffee. The atmosphere is cosy and relaxed and the service is both attentive and caring but subtle. The food is handmade and absolutely delicious. If you’ve not had a Korean meal before you should definitely give this place a try, the menu is not overwhelming, and the servers are more than happy to give you some guidance if needed. If you’re looking for a cafe spot in the area which is cute and unique then this is the one to pick.

Lovely. Lived up to all my expectations and more. You know the food is good when the salad is as good as the rice and pork, will absolutely go again with more friends, very relaxing atmosphere that takes you out of the busy Sovereign Centre mood, didn't even feel like I was in Boscombe

It's a beautiful place with really friendly service. There was a very chill vibe, and the food was all fresh and absolutely delicious. They have lots of (clearly marked) vegan options, and they even bought us some free banchan. We went with my very fussy father and even he loved all the food! I'd recommend this place 100%!

We started off with the Iced Vanilla Cream Latte (I requested mine with oat milk) and Brown Sugar Oat Latte, and they were some of the best iced coffees we’ve had. Then we had the Jjambbong with rice (Spicy pork stew with rice), Rose Tteokbokki (Creamy tteokbokki with Korean Chili paste, mild) and Bulgogi Yubu Chobap (Fried tofu with rice and toppings) all of which was really tasty. I recommend you get the Yubu Chobap on the side! We then finished off with Bingsu (Shaved Ice -Strawberry) which was a revelation. We were very happy with the atmosphere and decor (it’s a very cute place) and the staff were lovely. We’ll definitely be coming back.
